Adorning your hot self should be fun and carefree- so, like, why are all of these crazy chems in our make up killing our good vibes?
Let’s keep things reeeeaaal simple. Cosmetic grade mineral pigment, sunflower oil, and beeswax.
Simple doesn’t mean boring. I’ve whipped up colors that I’ve been dreaming of...brick red, bombshell lavender, sandy orange, and deep wine…it’s like painting.
Mortar & Pestle is that brick red I speak of. When I break out the pigment that makes this color, I can’t help to ohh and ahh. The red is coppery and earthy, bright and deep at the same time.
When the color is on those lips, the ‘ohh and ahh’ effect is taken to a whole new level. Blue eyes pop, olive tones glow and dark hair feels a little more dramatic. Mortar & Pestle is a matte Lip Paint, and a little goes a long way. I normally have a hell of a time keeping lipstick on and I have kept this color on for 4 hours AND I ate and drank in between (I’m a snacker)! Booya.
