Our Conditioner Bar is a gentle, yet concentrated bar herbalist formulated with Pacific coast seaweeds to soften hair, define each strand and seal in moisture, leaving your locks bouncy, manageable, and without the residue on your mane or downstream. Suitable for all hair types and all genders, seriously.

Our proudly BTMS-free formula relies on plant-based, ethically sourced and deeply conditioning ingredients derived from brassicas to smooth the hair cuticle, support flexibility and shine while maintaining a lightweight feel. This conditioner bar in safe and effective for you, and our aquatic friends downstream.

Our Conditioner bar features the botanical line up of Pacific seaweeds including Turkish towel (Gigartina exasperata), bladderwrack (Fucus distichus), and kombu (Laminaria setchellii) bring mineral-rich moisture to hair and scalp as well as the classics, clary sage and rosemary.

Handmade in small batches in Nevada City.

Ritual

 Wet the bar and rub it directly onto damp hair. These innovative conditioning ingredients don’t have the same ‘slip’ you may have come to expect from conventional conditioning agents, because they shine by conditioning without leaving a residue. Smooth through the ends and rinse. For extra softness, a small amount can be left in on damp hair as a light leave-in.

Note: you may not feel the super slick feel of our old Conditioner Bar, but don’t worry! Our new formula goes even further to strengthen and define each strand.

Shelf Life

Lasts 6 months. Store in a cool and dry place. Our products are organic and freshly made-to-order products. We do not use toxins that make things last forever.

FAQ
Is the conditioner bar also good for beards?
Heck yes. The Conditioner bar is excellent for softening and smoothing beards. The Face Oil would be a perfect compliment for use as a beard oil.
How long does the Conditioner Bar typically last?
It really depends on how often you condition your hair but we say the bar is equivalent to a bottle of conditioner. A little really does go a long way!
I'm trying to decide between the Conditioner Bar or the Day to Day conditioner. My hair is pretty thick and dry (guilty of some hot tools abuse over here!). Which of the two would you say would be best for hair that is in need of serious moisture & repair?
Our Conditioner Bar is going to be ideal for you. It's ultra-hydrating and will give your lockage the support it needs. After cleaning you can also smooth a bit on your damp hair for leave on conditioning.
