FAQ
What kinds of itchy skin is Itch Mud made for?
Itch Mud is designed to comfort hot, itchy, irritated skin after outdoor adventures, bug bites, gardening, or everyday skin flare-ups.
Can I use it with Bite & Burn Spray?
Absolutely. We love alternating Bite & Burn Spray between Itch Mud applications for an extra-soothing botanical routine.
How long should I leave it on?
Allow the mud to dry completely, then rinse or gently brush it away. Reapply as needed.
Why does it tingle?
Peppermint essential oil naturally creates a cooling sensation that many people find especially comforting on itchy skin.
Can I use it on sunburn?
We recommend reaching for Bite & Burn Spray instead. Because Itch Mud contains clay, it can feel too drying for sun-exposed skin.
Is it okay to pack for camping or hiking?
Definitely. Itch Mud was made to be the kind of product you'll be happy to have tucked into your backpack after a day outside.
Is it safe to use on sunburned skin?
Although Itch Mud is safe and super natural We would not recommend using it on sun burned skin. It can be a a bit drying. If you have burned skin and bites or one or the either we highly recommend our Bite & Burn Spray- it is the best of both worlds!
